Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Time
We currently ship to the United Kingdom. Estimated delivery times are:
Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days
Express Shipping (when available): 5–10 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, or other factors outside our control.
Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use it to track your order online.
Customs and Duties
For orders shipped within the United Kingdom, any applicable customs duties or import taxes are included in the product price. You will not be charged additional fees upon delivery.
Lost or Delayed Packages
